4. Pricing and Quotations

All quotations provided after consultation are valid for a specified period (typically 30 days unless otherwise stated).
We pride ourselves on a "No Hidden Cost" policy; however, any changes to the project scope requested by the client after the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment Terms

Specific payment milestones will be outlined in the formal agreement provided to you before the commencement of any custom project. Typically, a deposit is required before design and manufacturing begin, with the balance due upon project completion and handover.

6. Project Handover and Quality Assurance

Our team ensures extensive project management for a smooth handover. Upon completion, we will conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure the work meets our high standards and the agreed specifications. Any concerns must be raised at this time.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Modular Scale Sdn. Bhd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on BUÉNOS (including designs, brochures, and website content). All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from sethi.shop for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Modular Scale Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products, beyond the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
